What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

What are the shipping options and costs?

  • We offer flexible shipping methods including sea freight, air freight, and express courier. Please inform us of your preferred choice, and we will provide professional service with the corresponding fees.

  • Note: The prices listed on our product pages generally include sea freight shipping costs.

  • For Customized Products: Please send us an inquiry or email with your requirements. Include details such as:

    • Product Code (if applicable)

    • Customization specifications

    • Desired quantity

    • Recipient's name, address, and phone number

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • For Standard Orders: Goods are typically delivered within 25-30 working days after the order is placed (via sea freight).

  • For Customized Orders:

    • Design confirmation usually takes 1 business day.

    • Production time depends on the order quantity and will be confirmed upon order finalization.

    • Sea freight shipping then takes approximately 25-30 working days.
